This is a great company! When we called, Robert came out right away and gave us an estimate that was lower than what we expected. He and his team replaced our old sun deck with one that was similar, but their work was vastly superior to the original. The new deck is far sturdier and better-looking than the old one was when it was brand-new, and we are delighted with it. We also appreciated the fact that Robert fully understood that we didn?t want to spend any money on frills. Fantastic service and craftsmanship, and they are really nice as well. Robert & his crew did a great job building our Patio cover on our 2nd home in Maricopa. We were not at the house when the construction took place. Robert did exactly what he said he was going to do -no surprises! He helped us through the decision making process with all of the little details of how to build the Covered Patio in AZ, as we are from Nebraska. Robert is very trustworthy and one of the most conscientious builders that I have ever dealt with (as I have built two homes). Mr. Mayer installed a French door from Home Depot into a wall that previously had no door. Home Depot would only install a door into an existing door frame. He displayed a current valid contractors license. He gave a written estimate of cost and was right on. He was punctual and professional. He cleaned up all construction debris. We needed additional living space, and we hired Robert to change our ugly workspace/ storage room of a garage with broken doors into a usable part of our home. He gave us a great quote and as soon as we gave the OK, he went to work. We were so impressed with his work and his people! They finished the whole job in less than one work week. Robert is an honest guy, during the job I came to trust his judgement and integrity.  I had a pretty large project that involved removing 40 ft. of roof, reframing the exterior walls, rebuilding a large parapet wall, and framing for 11 new windows.  His workers were careful to do a good job.  As we were opening up several unknown wall areas, we had a couple inevitable surprises and Robert was clear in showing me the issues and working out a solution with me.  I decided to expand the scope of their job in process, having them install over 500 sq ft of 1"x6" wooden ceiling and they did an excellent job.   I recommend using him for any job within his scope of work.  When I asked him to quote some additional jobs, if he does not feel comfortable doing it, he will tell you Bill C.
